The built-in task sections on daily notes are fixed. You cannot rearrange or redesign them.

You can manually order task context groups in other views (for example the task dashboard) with the layer icon on the right-hand side. See Can I manually order task context groups?.

You can collapse the daily note task section by clicking the task heading, then build your own layout instead:

1. Collapse the built-in task section so it stays out of the way.
2. Add your own headings and embeds for the structure you want.
3. Put that layout in a default daily note template so every new daily note starts with it.

Your custom sections live in the daily note body. The built-in task section continues to show scheduled tasks for that day when you expand it.
