How can I delete my account and associated data?
If you want empty notes and a clean setup but plan to keep using Capacities, create a new space instead. Account deletion takes 30 days and is meant for closing your account entirely.
To delete your account:
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Deletion and submit a deletion request.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Important:
- Your account, including all notes, media, and data, will be permanently deleted 30 days after the request.
- This process cannot be reversed once the deletion is complete.
If you change your mind within the 14-day period, you can cancel the deletion by clicking the undo link in the confirmation email.
