My email is not verified. What can I do?
Capacities requires a verified email address before you can log in. After you sign up, check your inbox for a verification email from Capacities. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Verification link not working
If the verification link does not work, has expired, or you see an error when you try to verify, email us directly at [email protected]. Please write from the email address linked to your Capacities account so we can confirm your identity.
Once we have verified your email on our side, you will be able to log in as usual.
