No. An export is for taking your content out of Capacities or re-using it elsewhere. Capacities does not offer a full restore or clone that turns an export back into an identical space.

If you need content in another space, you can try bulk import with exported Markdown and media. Expect limits and some manual cleanup. See also Can I copy objects between spaces?.
